1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfume bottles cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used perfumes.

  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance offers.

  • Gift cards or free items received during promotions.

3. Return Process

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  3. Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the product back.

  4. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Wrong Item
